RMA Request

For indirect customers and end-users, Please contact your distributor or reseller for RMA service.

Prior to returning any merchandise, Please submit your RMA Request Form first. Click here to download the RMA Request Form. Our RMA Technician will contact you to assist you to solve the problem. Send the RMA form to RMA@AthenaUPS.com when you have filled out the form as completely as possible.

In order for us to provide you with the best possible service, please describe your problem in as much detail as possible. Photos will be very helpful to let our RMA Technician understand your problems.

You must obtain an RMA Number from AthenaUPS's RMA department. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the Shipping Package. Return products with no RMA number visible on the box may be returned.

IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ABUSED, IMPROPERLY USED, OR ALTERED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, THE RMA NUMBER WILL BE VOIDED AUTOMATICALLY. THE MERCHANDISE WILL THEN BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.
